The easiest ribs

These are the easiest and yummiest ribs I have ever made. You just season the ribs on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic salt then smear both sides with your favorite BBQ sauce and put them in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. I found this recipe on cooks.com and read the reviews and some of the reviewers recommended that about an hour before the ribs are done drain out the original BBQ sauce and cover the ribs with new BBQ sauce for more of a BBQ taste. These ribs were so darn good!!!!

German Chocolate Pie

This is my favorite pie of all time. I entered into a church pie contest and tied for 2nd place. Here is the recipe:

For Pie Filling:

1 small box of instant chocolate jell-o pudding
1 3/4 cups milk
1 -1/2 cups Pecan (estimate)
1 package sweetened coconut
1/2 pint whipping cream

Toast the coconut in the oven on broil watching and stirring often, chop the pecans into small pieces, whip up the whipping cream with beaters until it forms soft peaks, then mix the box of chocolate pudding according to the pie directions on the box. After the pudding is mixed add the coconut, pecans, and whipped cream all together and put in baked pie shell for a yummy dessert.
